Discovery is a key component of software development. We learn about the domain, the technology, the people, and most of all, ourselves. As we learn new things, we reflect these in the project. This is a continuous endeavor and cannot be planned for. Instead, we can create new scenarios and quality of service requirements to reflect newer understandings of our domain. New risks address those areas that we do not understand or that represent a potential project hazard. The addition of these elements represents change, but the agile process expect there to be change.
